HY-705A semi-clear silicone sealant specification

Features   

• Neutral curing, with good fluidity; good extrusion propertyin a temperature range of 4 to 40°C
• Nocorrosion and good adhesion to glass, metal, plasterboard, marble and parts of plastic.
• The excellentperformance of weathering resistance, aging resistance, UV resistance, and ozone resistance
• Excellent resistance to high and low temperature climate, after curing at -40℃ low temperature will not become brittle, hardening or cracking, at 150℃ high temperature will not become soft, degradation.

Usage instruction 

• The best operation for sealant should be 4℃ ~ 40℃, and the relative humidity is 40% ~ 80% in a clean environment
• It is suggested to remove grease and dirton all surfaces for better bonding effect and ensure that surfaces are clean and dry. Suitable solvents include isopropanol, acetone or methyl ethyl ketone
• Apply silicone to the treated surface and then quickly cover the other side that needs to be bonded
• When the sealant exposed at room temperature and 50% relative humidity, will crust on the surface within 3 to 10 minutes. It is easily to use a knife to scrape off the excess sealant before the surface is crusted
